System: Rational Asset Manager

Actor: Owner of Assets needing new feature to enhance the ability of Rational Asset Manager, so that it can assist users of assets, and make them aware of changes to policies and procedures that they may work with but not be aware of on the system.

We would like for the the owner of an asset to be able to subscribe users to an asset. The reason for this is so that a manager (asset owner) can assign employees or groups that need to be aware of changes to an asset so that they can be kept in the loop on changes, etc.

We believe that this will be helpful with policies and procedures that may be stored on the iRAM system so that user are aware of changes to them.
