[wi 88155] Change RAM assert artifacts uploaded files area initial size

When submitting an asset with artifacts using 'advanced' way, the box under the 'Upload files' icon is empty and a waste of space. It should start off as just a one line space and then increase by one line every time a file is uploaded instead of starting off so big.
