Use state machine hierarchy in compare/merge view for RSA-RTE

Change proposal: Use the state machine hierarchy, i.e. composite states, as grouping option in the compare/merge view in RSA-RTE.

The changes of different state levels within the same state machine are currently mixed up in the compare dialog.
There are already grouping option like "Group by Delta Type" in the compare dialog. If the state hierarchy does not fit to the current hierarchical grouping option, we would propose a new filter to group changes of a state machine by states hierarchy, e.g. "Group by hierarchical Element" (similar to the hierarchical order in the Project Explorer)

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. Since the creation time of this ideas the product has evolved and your input may have been incorporated into newer releases.

    In RSARTE 10 we now group changes under capsules/classes, but for hierarchical state machines it also makes sense to group under composite states. We will consider implementing this feature for a future release.
