Enable BIRT Web Viewer to access UML data sources

BIRT reports can access the UML models of RSA/RSM thanks to UML Open Data Access (ODA). In the report design perspective of RSA, a report having a UML data source can be previewed in a web viewer (Run > View Report > 0 In Web Viewer). However, the UML models can not be accessed by a BIRT web viewer deployed on a web application (such as Tomcat...). The UML reports can not be generated on the web application server. UML Open Data Access (ODA) has to be usable in the context of a web application as well. Suggestion: provide an extended BIRT web viewer application or enable IBM Installation Manager to extend a deployed BIRT web viewer to access UML models by installing the required plug-ins such as a com.ibm.ccl.oda.uml in the WEB-INF\platform\plugins directory.
