RSART- capsule code should not use char *

=== Capsule code uses char * instead of std::string ===

This causes 1000's of portability '''PORTING.SIGNED.CHAR''' checker complaints in static analysis tooling

class RTDictionary
RTAssociation * find( const char * ) const;

suggest IBM update thier capsule library to '''unsigned char *''' or alternatively to std::string? their code (their path) is c++, so why not act like it!

    The reason std::string is not used is partly historic. At least previously STL was not available on all Target RTOS. I don't know what the situation looks like currently, but this is the reason.
    The TargetRTS is delivered in source code to allow users to make adaptations. So you can modify it to comply with MISRA and other constraints you may have.
    We suggest to reject this RFE.
