Move self contained model sets across multiple SCM repositories
When groups of model elements are moved across Rational TEAM CONCERT components it is possible to move those elements and yet result in broken links.
A mechjanism is required that warns clients that moving a selection of model elements that has links outside of that selection, from one RTC component to another (or for that matter, one GIT repository to another or one UCM component to another) such a move may result in the links becoming broken.
Possibly even just checking that a selection of model elements is "self contained" (i.e. does not have links outside the selection) is adequate to help clients decide what they want to include when moving elements from one SCM component / repository to another.
