RSA should provide ability to generate XML Sample from WSDL

Aim: We want to be able to easily create samples for our consumers to view the way they should call our service.
Problem: We cannot create samples directly from the WSDL.
Current workaround: We generate an XSD file from our WSDL. We've written some code to do the generation, but it's an extra step that we have to run, and also it doesn't integrate well with our version control system, so the WSDL and XSD get out of sync when someone thinks they've run the plugin, but they haven't.
Desire: We'd like to be able to right click on a WSDL, and have from the “Generate” menu item, an option to generate XML. (Same as what an XSD currently has)
