UI handling for environment profile web side is different than on other pages

The following PMS was solved via APAR IT29315:

"70444,211,788" : can't add new multi rack environment profiles to existing shared service instances, browser hangs

The APAR solved issue, but only one behavior is different then from the other UI handling at other pages and have to be solved.

The user have to double click twice on "Show more" (more then 5 attached environment profile found) before the other environment profiles are shown.

After that only one click is needed to toggle between "Show less" and "Show more", but after a refresh of the shared service page page or leaving and go back to shared service page again you have to click twice again.
