Deploy Virtual Appliances with several ordered network interfaces through REST API

We need to deploy Virtual Appliances on PureApplication Software through IBM Cloud Orchestrator, meaning using PureApplication REST API.
Moreover, we need to deploy the Virtual Appliances with 2 network interfaces and be able to assign explicitely which IP address must be used on each network interface, i.e. IP address on the management subnet must be assigned to the 1st network interface and IP address on the data subnet must be assigned to the 2nd network interface.
