e-Fix with IIDR CDC V10.2.0 base version +

Hello,

Because we need a roll-back scenario we tried to make use of efix
mechanism offered by the IPAS. Unfortunately the installation order is
not as wanted, see the next three lines from the logging.
This order is made by the efix installation mechanism.

As shown above, Installation is in the reversed order.

In a previous test the installation was split in two steps:
1) making use of efix installation on IPAS for
IBM InfoSphere Data Replication CDC for Access Server
Installation Efix v10.2.1
IBM InfoSphere Data Replication CDC for DataStage Installation
Efix v10.2 (which will be installed in reversed order but does not give
problems)
so the snapshot can be used for rollback
2) manually installation on the linux system itself from the contents
of the efix package
IBM InfoSphere Data Replication CDC for DataStage Installation
Efix v10.2 ifix4

After this it is still possible to rollback to the original v6.5 system.

In a previous test run this gave a working system. This week we will
test this scenario again and will describe all the steps necessary to
make it a working system.
Looking at the list below our installation order will be:

2) (this order because of efix installation)
1) (this order because of efix installation)
3) (manually on Linux vm)


Order according to IBM:
1) install e-Fix with Access Server V10.2
2) install e-Fix with IIDR CDC V10.2.0 base version
3) install e-Fix with IIDR CDC V10.2.0 InterimFix4

Problem: Only 1 service run for efix installation is possible because of need for snapshot. Onfortunately it is not possible to have the chosen efixes installed in a certain order, therefore the need for the combination of the two (2) IIDR CDC fixes.
