Audit role to access Log Management feature

On CPS console, on System menu, on System Settings web page, there is Log Management section.
On this section, user can update Log Management parameters – number of days to retain log files, Destination address, log files to be collected.

Based on “Security roles” description for CPS (link:  any user with Workload resources administration / Cloud Group administration or Hardware administration Full Permission  rights is authorized to view, enable, disable or change this feature.

 This RFE is to request only users with Audit role – full permission – should be able to enable, disable or change this feature. Users with Administrator rights, should not have access.
This behavior would be the same than for “Auditing settings” on menu System, choice Auditing.

 Reason for this RFE: log Management feature sends internal log files out of CPS, for audit and logging purposes. So, it should be only usable by Audit role
