Support newer versions of WebSpheer Application Server and Java on Cloud Pak System

Latest version of the WebSphere Application Server pattern type is v2.3.3.4 (see https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/system-maintenance-and-integrated-components-ibm-cloud-pak-system-version-2335). This version was released on 6th May 2022 and supports WebSphere Application Server V9.0.5.10, V8.5.5.20, and Liberty V21.0.0.12. On 27th Sept 2022, the latest versions of these products are: - WebSphere Application Server V9.0.5.13 - WebSphere Application Server V8.5.5.22 - Liberty 22.0.0.10 Moreover, WebSphere Application Server pattern type v2.3.3.4 contains IBM Java 7 SDK and IBM Java 8 SDK. IBM Java 7 SDK has reached end of support so we think it should be removed. Also, the WebSphere Application Server pattern type is limiting WebSphere Liberty to IBM Java 8 SDK while, WebSphere Liberty 21.0.0.12 (outside of CPS) supports Java 8, 11 and 17 runtimes (https://www.openliberty.io/docs/21.0.0.12/java-se.html). We request IBM to: 1. remove IBM Java 7 SDK from the WebSphere Application Server pattern type as it is not supported anymore 2. provide support for IBM Semeru 11 and 17 with WebSphere Liberty 3. provide support for the latest versions of WebSphere Application Server ND and WebSphere Liberty
