pluginConfiguration - functionality to change the LogLevel during plugin generation

We are running Liberty z/OS and we would like to set the Loglevel in logs/state/plugin-cfg.xml file

https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/was-liberty/zos?topic=SS7K4U_liberty/com.ibm.websphere.liberty.autogen.nd.doc/ae/rwlp_config_pluginConfiguration.html

pluginConfiguration stanza and does not have a choice we could match for it.

Its <Log LogLevel="Error" by default but we want to match it to our webserver plugin-cfg.xml of Warn..

Currently, the LogLevel is hard code to "Error" without any configuration option.
