Support of signing algorithms PS256

Currently liberty doesn't support signing algorithms PS256 but customer required it.
They have a OIDC App that supports many in-house applications that supports signing algorithms PS256 and they can't change to RS255, it is a security risk for the customer

Currently the IAM platform-auth-service pod ( which bundles liberty) shows this error message

9/16/26, 17:46:49:308 GMT] 00015b73 .ibm.ws.security.openidconnect.client.jose4j.util.Jose4jUtil E CWWKS1706E: The OpenID Connect client [601e7dde-3f7f-4910-a481-221cfc543f3a] failed to validate the ID token due to [CWWKS1761E: Validation failed for the ID token requested by the [601e7dde-3f7f-4910-a481-221cfc543f3a] due to a mismatch of signing algorithms between the OpenID Connect client [RS256] and the OpenID Connect provider [PS256].].

They need a support for signing algorithms PS256 for the CloudPak (CPD) to work. Currenlty without thr support of signing algorithms PS256, they can't use the CloudPaK
