Improve and simplify the setup of Liberty InstantOn including a better step-to-step guide

The openliberty.io page is great to provide some guidance on implementing Liberty InstantOn. The problem I find is the guide is a little too high level. I had to restort to much searching to find githib labs and other documents to actually complete the implementation. While this is great from a learning perspective it has been very time consuming andf frustrating to get everything working.

This would benefit anyone trying to successfully implement WebSphere Liberty InstantOn.

If the Liberty Operator could be exploited in any way that would be beneficial. For example, to better manage the SCC and SA configurations that would be ideal. While this configuration is relatively simple, I found it challenging nonetheless and encountered numerous errors. If this technical aspect could be hidden from the end-user in any way that would help.

Additionally, a more detailed step-by-step guide ideally with a sample app to deploy and configure would go a long way to get going.
