ODM plugin proxy support for OAUTH

We at PNC are required to use proxy to connect to external auth provider. Currently there is no configuration available to setup proxy in both Source and Deploy plugin.

We need to be able to set --> HTTP:// & HTTPS:// proxy and port. 

We also need config to setup --> http.nonProxyHosts

    Hello Everyone,
    Great news! The customer tested the testfix ODM Automation plugin and confirmed that both 'data model' and 'RuleArchive deployments' plugin steps are now working as expected. They have uploaded the confirmation logs to Blue Diamond.

    Our plugin team tells me they have delivered this feature for you with a new ODM plugin release. I will double check on all of this and please let me know if this is not the case from your perspective. Moving this to the 'In development' state for now.
