REST APIs of RTCP should return full information set of stubs

REST APIs returns partial of stub information, but they should return full set of information on stubs, at lease should be same information set showed in Environment page of RTCP.

IBM product Doc:  https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/devops-test-workbench/11.0.4?topic=mode-rest-services

This request is originally from below client's queries.
1. No published date, created date and Deployed On details from the below REST API?
     https://{hostname}:{port}/RTCP/api/stubs/?domainName= {domain name}&environment={environment name}

2. Identifying HTTP vs HTTPS Services: how to find the service which belongs to http or https from the below REST API?
      https://{hostname}:{port}/RTCP/api/rules/

   When we run the above URL, we observe the target details in the JSON response. instead of showing a clear protocol (http or https), it displays the value as: "http(s)" for all services.
   "target": "http(s)://hostname:portnumber/resourcepath",

3. Retrieving Complete Configured URL: no full URL returned from below REST API:
         https://{hostname}:{port}/RTCP/api/rules/
Actually it returns JSON data with below resource path in it:
      "target": "http(s)://hostname:portnumber/resourcepath/...",

This request is very low priority and low demands.
