Dry Run option for deployment steps

In our current migration process of current Mainframe aplications to our new tooling using IBM DevOps Deploy we must deploy over already existing PDSs. We want to be able to validate which PDS members, with runtime incremental deployment, will be modified without efectively modify anything.

We would use it to validate before deployment that nothing has changed in some of our migration scenarios and could be also useful in other situations, such as identify members modified outside IBM DevOps Deploy processes.

    We have delivered a dry run option for the "Deploy Datasets and USS Files" step in version 108 of the zOS Utility plugin. Here are a couple of links:

    1191158 - Post-deploy in Deploy-dataset step will not copy xml files during redeployment of a version with RUNTIME delta-deploy and when no artifacts are deployed. In such cases, the generate-artifact steps will generate template data based on the xml data copied from the previous deployment of the version.
