Enable Stdout Protection – to prevent log files from being overwritten during server startups

We identified the following file, which is overwritten whenever the server is restarted:

/opt/IBM/devops_deploy/server/var/log/stdout

This file contains information that differs from deployserver.out and is valuable for debugging purposes.  Currently, the number of stdout log files is not governed by the log rotation settings described in – https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/devops-deploy/8.2.1?topic=logging-configuring-log-rotation-settings documentation

We want the existing stdout file to be rotated on server restart, with a new stdout file created on startup. Once the configured maximum number of rotated log files is reached, the oldest files should be deleted.
