Optional Description Parameter for buztool

Hello IBM DevOps Deploy Team,

We would like to propose a small enhancement to the buztool tool.

Currently, when creating a component version with buztool, there is no option to set the version description at creation time. It would be very useful if the command supported an optional parameter (for example, -description) so that pipelines and automation scripts can provide meaningful metadata when the version is created.

This would help improve traceability in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., including build information, change summaries, or ticket references) without requiring additional API or CLI calls after the version is created.
