In Test Hub, save user-defined filters created on the Advanced tab of the Executions, Results, and Progress pages

Test Hub currently provides an option to create and apply rules that filter which assets appear on the Executions, Results, and Progress pages. These filters are useful for users with a large number of test assets in their environment.

Constructing a filter with the right settings is not a trivial task.

Currently, these custom filters appear to be saved in the user's browser cache. Drawbacks of this approach include: 1) no convenient option to share them across multiple users in the organization, and 2) information loss when the browser cache is cleared.

The suggested improvement is to persist custom filters in the user's account or in a shared area, such as the customer's project in Test Hub.
