Access more application process request information - scheduled time

Our deployment processes need to check several values that can affect how deployments are executed. For example, during regular deployments, we want to trigger a refresh on a mainframe cache. However, for weekend deployments, we prefer to wait for a global cache refresh instead. To implement this logic, we need to know the scheduled time of the deployment process.

Currently, we can retrieve this information by making an API call to an endpoint. However, it would be much more convenient if we could access properties like `parentRequest.scheduledTime` directly within the deployment process. There are many other useful properties that are not directly accessible, which could be valuable in various scenarios.

We suggest making more deployment request properties directly available in the process context to simplify and enhance deployment logic.
