Manage Security flag should be separated in low level permissions

Hi everyone,

This request is related to product IBM Devops Deploy specifically in the Role configuration > Server configuration > Manage Security. We have noticed that only users with this flag active are able to manage the team assignment of Application, Process, Component, Resource, etc.

This is actually a problem in our current model, due we have another level of Global administration focused on Developer teams. The idea is to keep separated product administration from the developers, so this Global CI CD team will be managing the team assignment of any feature on IDD without having security permissions but unfortunatelly the product has a limitation here. The user must be part of the team to be able to add/delete other teams to an object.

The support team from IBM explained that a possible solution would be to use restriction Tokens but we prefer this feature to be completly transparent and able to be used on UI.
