Add option to filter out "Not Started" and "Precondition Failed" steps from log

We have deployment processes that support alot of different types of deployment types while the incremental packages being installed dont always containing all of those types. This leads to alot of "Not Started" and "Precondition Failed" steps crowding up the log. I think the users could benefit from an option to slim down the log to only show the steps that were actually executed.

    Our development team can work on this. Is it fine to focus only on the 'Not Started' and 'Precondition Failed' steps in the log for filtering? We are asking because we could consider a larger feature that would allow filtering on all status, however, this raises the complexity.
