Pass tag values into the "Notes" column of the default DTIA report that appears under "Result Gallery"

There is an existing 'Notes' column in the default DTIA report that you see under "Results Gallery".

DTIA should allow users to tag or populate values in this column for each store or transaction preferably allowing the test executions label themselves and display in "Notes" column or in a custom column in the report.

Ie; Customer wants to pass additional comments that need to passed during runtime.

For Example:

If the testcase is failed , need to pass notes values as: "schema validation failure or value validation failure or timeout failure"
