We propose the implementation of an option to disable the display of warning messages for end users.

Currently, our UrbanCode Deploy environment serves approximately 2000 end users. A recurring challenge we face is how the system handles certain warning messages, such as "Partition detected in WebSocket agent communication." These types of warnings, while potentially indicative of underlying system conditions, are displayed to all end users.

The primary issue is that these specific warning messages typically have no direct impact on the ability of our users to perform their deployments. More importantly, our general end users lack the necessary permissions or technical understanding to resolve the issues that trigger these warnings. As a result, the constant display of these non-actionable alerts leads to significant confusion and unnecessary noise for a large portion of our user base.

To streamline the user experience and ensure that warnings are presented to the appropriate audience, we would like to propose an enhancement. We suggest introducing an option within UrbanCode Deploy to control the visibility of these warning messages, allowing them to be displayed exclusively to administrators. This change would significantly reduce user confusion and enable our administrative teams to focus on actionable alerts, without burdening the broader user community with information they cannot utilize or address.

    Hi,

Warning messages are being displayed on the uDeploy console for our end users, and they remain there no matter what tab (Dashboard, Components, Applications etc) the user accesses.

I don't currently have any Warning messages on our system so I don't have a screen shot but I will keep an eye out for the issue to re-occur and upload the screen shots.

Could you please let us know where the warning messages are being displayed that your end-users see? Do you mean in the output log of a step that ran for the deployment? Please share more so we better understand. If you like, attach a screen shot as well. For now, we will move this idea to the "Needs more information" state. Look forward to working with you on this. Thank you!
