Adding Snapshot and Description of the deployment request process columns in the Reports- Deployment Detail

Our External audit team needs proof of deployments where they verify the snapshot deployed in QA environment of an application is the same deployed in Production environment. Also, we always input the change ticket number in the description section before kicking off the deploy. Since the reports is not pulling Snapshot and description column as of now, we are spending lot of manual hours in providing the screenshots to Audit to prove that the same code is deployed in QA and Prod with Change ticket for the Prod deploy.
