I followed up with Alberto and he told me this: "I talked with Itau about this. They are analyse to change automation process."
I met with the development team and here is their response:
"We not let you control the service name any more because we need a reliable way to locate the service entry to support start/stop of compact agents. Most software does not let you control the name of their services, so this is normal practice in the industry."

I would like to know if you have evaluated this improvement and if there is a deadline?
Since we have to update around 4000 agents, we would like to have a definition so we can decide whether to continue customizing the process here or wait for the fix/improvement.
