RE: IBM Urbancode Deploy Approvals
Because our UCD server is in a private network, responding to approval emails from Outlook Mobile is only possible through editing the email template and allow a port bacl to a broker to handle the call back the the UCD server. Since emails cannot contain javascript. this can only be accomplished via html (form submit) which is very wonky from Outlook Mobile. One possible solution would be via a cutomizable Outlook Actionable Message. My request would be for this to available to use in Urbancode deploy, either via a notfication template or a UCD plugin.

I am working with the ApprovalCreated template. The respond link ($respondUri) does not work from Outlook mobile, which is expected. The application approvers would like a way to approve via Outlook Mobile so they don't have to have their laptops with them 24/7.
Could you please provide more information on the email template you are trying to implement? Our development team needs a little more detail to help progress this Idea. They need to better understand your request.
Thank you for submitting this Idea. We are creating a Jira discussion topic to review the idea with our development team. Following this review, we will be in touch with you on our next steps or with any questions we may have for you.
Moved to "UrbanCode" Workspace and fixed category to "Deploy".
