CTE Credentials caching with Multifactor authentication

We have recently adopted Multifactor authentication that uses an RSA SecureID token and pin for logging into our Linux hosts (password is a 6 digit PIN number followed by the 6 digit number from the RSA token - If PIN is 123456 and RSA Token is 654321, the password is 123456654321). The number on the token changes every 60 seconds. When we log into CTE, we have one minute before we have to re-enter our updated credentials.

As you can image, the users will not like being forced to login ever 60 seconds.
