Enhanced journaling in Installation Manager

When something goes wrong during product installation or update with IM, it's often difficult to do a post-mortem.

The current logs are not sufficient to pinpoint the failing step and root cause. 

Thus it would be helpful to get clear and detailed journaling in IM.

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The offering team has carefully reviewed this idea and has decided that it does not apply to this product, so the idea will be closed. The idea will be kept in IBM's ideas repository and may still be voted on. It might be reassessed or reopened for additional feedback in the future.
