Implement Command Line Version of ClearQuest Maintenance Tool Export/Import Profile Functions.

We have many ClearQuest profiles across multiple sites and hundreds of users that must be maintained.  We have hundreds of CQ schema and user databases.  We have a company security policy that requires us to update the CQ database connection accounts every 3-4 months.  This requires use to update the schema and user databases connections and export the CQ profiles for users to import.  We suspect other companies have similar scenarios.

We have been able to script some of this process by using the installutil command line to update the database connections.  Then we must manually use the CQ Maintenance Tool to export the profiles and users must manually import the profiles.  

Please provide a command line version of the CQ Maintenance Tool export/import profile functions so that we can script our entire process.  This will save time and reduce possible issues that may arise during this process.
