Help IBM prioritize your ideas and requests
The IBM team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at IBM works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.
Receive a notification on the decision
Some ideas can be implemented at IBM, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Crystal Reports and "Print Record" button functionality in ClearQuest 9.1.0 64-bit client
As a follow up to case number TS004629636, we would like to submit the following Request for Enhancement.
Our organization primarily uses the native 'ClearQuest for Windows' client. We use the "CrystalReportsRuntimeForRational.msi" and the 32-bit version of ClearQuest (including the most recent version 22.214.171.124) works fine with this.
We discovered that the ClearQuest 9.1.0 64-bit client does not support Crystal Reports. The problem we are encountering is we are unable to run our data push reports designed via Crystal Reports and the "Print Record" button functionality (linked to the Report Formats designed via Crystal Reports).
We would like for you add this functionality back in future 64-bit releases of ClearQuest.
Also, when we install the ClearQuest 9.1.0 server components, we no longer see "Report Server for Crystal Reports" as an option as this is no longer supported. This would allow our reports to be run via the Web client (CRInvoker).
We would ideally like both of these to be included in future ClearQuest releases, but at the very least the reporting in the native Windows client. Thank you for your consideration.
