Possibility to use pop-ups for interaction with user

ClearQuest have implemented a possibility to pop up with messages. See the attached links:

This mechanism offers the possibility to show the user different pop-ups.

- Error message
- Warning message
- Info message

But in their behaviour all those messages are the same. Only one word is changed. Furthermore calling one of those functions to generate a message, The execution of the rest of the code is sopped directly. So it is not possible to popup with an information to show the user.

We need a solution to popup with a message, where the system can interact with the user.
