Extended Emailing Feature for Query Resultset

Add the ability to send email directly from CQ records, Selecting 'Send E-Mail' would result in:
- Outlook message opening with record details in Body
- To: field would be auto-populated with Owner, Originator, Project Leads - Headline would be the CR# and Headline
- User could then add a message to the Body, and the above record details

Currently this feature is available only when the result is a single record. Also it attaches the record details as a link. But we want this feature to be enabled when the query returns multiple results. Sendemail button should send the resultset as per above description. Only link of the query is not helping us much.
