RELATED IDEAS

Compatibility between ClearQuest 9 and RQM 6

We want to upgrade our Rational tools including CQ, CC, Jazz, etc. to current versions. The IBM Software Compatibility Reports does NOT show that CQ 9 is compatible with RQM 6. Our management requires official documentation that they are compatible. Recent email (included below) requests that we submit an RFE.

We use CQ and CC (not RTC). When using RQM, any defects are created in CQ. We also link RRC requirements to CQ records.

Hi Sujan,

All I can offer at this time is the statement that was mentioned below. If the customer needs an official statement from HCL/IBM then we need to test those specific versions and add it to the Clearing House. Please have them submit an RFE.
