Handling Attachments and setting field values at the same time using OSLC 2.0

In the web client it is possible to add an attachment to a record
Before saving the attachment into the database, the user can also modify some fields on that record (e.g. Description, Tags etc.)
This is important if some fields become mandatory if an attachment has a special name or description.

If the user wants to do this action by OSLC it is not possible,
because of several reasons:

The first reason it is, that attachments cannot be handled by OSLC 2.0.
Attachments can only be handled by OSLC 1.0.

The second reason is, that the field order can only be selected in OSLC 2.0.
The field switched only from read only to mandatory if the attachment with the correct name is added.

We want to have a solution (OSLC 2.0) in which we can add an attachment to a record and edit the fields
on that record at the same time.
As discussed with Dave LaCava and Mike Binder, please enhance the OSLC-Interface that the way we worked in web,
is also possible by using OSLC 2.0

A preliminary evaluation of this request indicates that it is consistent with our business strategy. Further evaluation of this RFE is underway.
