CC changes in Jira record

Overview:
We have a development cc and jeera integration change management system by using CMI configuration (mkcmprovider).

Work :
Currently When the linking is done from ClearCase, the CC files version info will be stored in a field called “Issue Links” inside the JIRA and that is default feature CMI configuration (attached screenshot - issuelinks.png)

Clarification needed:
It is possible to change the field name from “Issue Links” to a custom field (activity) by the Jeera administrator as in the new field (screenshot attached - newfield.png)
