RSA support for Java 11

we currently use the RSA in version 9.7.1 on Windows. Unfortunately, this does not allow development with Java 11, at most Java 9. When does IBM plan to offer an RSA version with Java 11 support?

Creating a new Faces project should include the HCL portlet bridge

After updating portal to CF18 from HCL, faces portlets do not build. HCL (apparently) provided a new portlet bridge jar file which RAD cannot see. The portal runs the portlets just fine but the portlets do not build in RAD.

Time calculation

Once the plan or task is paused for certain amount of time, it shouldn't be included in actual duration; actual duration should be "elapsed time" and total duration should be what currently the actual time is.

Logging activities related to any changes in Lifecycle addition/updation in community

per case TS005591326 support team was not able to identify the reason for some changes done by system process (Repository Process) because there is no logs captured by application when any changes happen to lifecycle in that community.
