Port the DISPLAY,ADAPTER,REGISTRATIONS and DISPLAY,ADAPTER from WAS on Z to Liberty Z

In WAS we are able to display the WOLA registrations between WAS and CICS. Looking to add the same functionality to Liberty on Z . We have automation around this command in WAS, as we move to Liberty , looking to replicate that process in Liberty.
