Switch Step don't work when NON-Secure Property value is the same like any Secure-Property value

If a component has defined any property with a secure value and the value is the same as the property value of the non-secure property that is used in the switch step then the process fails.

We are using approvals in deployments processes where we wouldn't like to send a mail. For example: the list of approvers is large and we don't want all the approvers to receive a mail.

Customize Components execution order in component tags

Currently when user is using component tag deployment with multiple components the execution sequence is depends on the name of component(takes alphabetically). There should be an option to determine the order of execution.
