RSA-RTE: Correcting intermodel dependencies does not update the .emx file properly

See PMR for description. According to IBM the behavior is as expected. The work-around is to switch viewpoint to 'model' in stead of Capsule Development when trying to correct a dependency.

Make it possible to mark rsarte generation warnings as generation errors (per specific warning). This can help to improve quality (automatic build will fall on generation errors but not on warnings)
