RSA-RTE: Context assist also in Code View

When editing in the editor window hovering above code will give context assist like... see image. It would help if this was also available in Code View.

RSA-RTE: Enable Promote/Demote to superclass for structure diagram elements

In Rose-RT elements from the structure diagrams could be promoted to a superclass (ports, capsule parts etc.). This functionality is not present in RSA-RTE. It was deprecated because it was too buggy.

Add a new model search scope to include the inheritance relationship of the selected element (i.e. capsules, classes, protocols, ...) which shall limit the search scope to the selected element including its base element(s).

Because of a defect in the UML2-profile, xmi:ids for internal classes are changed in migrated profile stereotypes.
